  •    1. The working principle

           The speed-regulating coupling can realize the stepless speed regulation of the working machine. By adjusting the opening of the conduit of the oil discharge system, the liquid filling amount of the working chamber can be changed. Stepless speed regulation is performed to change the output power. In the process of speed regulation, slip will occur (when the transmission ratio i=0.66, the relative efficiency loss is the largest, η=97%); the working fluid will heat up, so it must be equipped with a cooler. The oil system sends the working fluid back to the working chamber. The coupling can be controlled by electric actuators, servo amplifiers, automatic speed measuring devices, speed sensors, pressure sensors and other control instruments to implement automatic on-site manual and remote control of the operation of the speed-regulating coupling.

     

       2. Advantages of speed regulating hydraulic coupling

           ◆ To improve the starting ability of squirrel cage motors, the peak torque of the motor can be used as the starting torque to avoid the unreasonable matching phenomenon of "big horse-drawn trolley".
